HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on Bespoke units simply unwanted.  Please kindly contact us if you receive a damaged or faulty item we will investigate the matter for you. Exchanges are permitted provided that none of the following terms and conditions have been breached. 

All items must be returned in its original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached with the original packaging). Please be advised, we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please ensure the unit is intact and the lace has not been cut, tinted or dyed. We highly recommend to ship the package via a trackable shipping service to protect and expedite the safe return of your parcel, since we will not be liable for any lost items.

WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your purchase from Friedaleslynstudios.com. 

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING? 

Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please kindly note, FRIEDA LESLYN STUDIOS will not be responsible for lost returns. Note: Please indicate returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU?

No, you must contact FRIEDA LESYN STUDIOS prior to sending your item back to us. You may contact us by email: [email protected]. We will respond to your request within 24 to 48 working hours. We cannot process a refund for your order if the following terms and conditions have been breached. 

HOW CAN i CANCEL MY ORDER? 

Orders may be cancelled provided that they have not been dispatched. If you would like to cancel your order please contact us via email: [email protected], Please do this as soon as possible to ensure your order is cancelled successfully. You will need to contact us within 24 hours of purchasing your bespoke unit if you would like to cancel your order.
